Hi Sachin, Is it ur blog? nice loved green shade as BG.
tell me can it recover 200 cr DS ? it is extremely high price. Hindi version is week and hv tough competition with AA.
Nauman, good to see you here. And thanks for visiting. We will know actual budget of the movie may be in the later stage as this budget of 200 crores looks little exaggerated.
If the cost is such than its impossible to recover the amount!!!! As south states will not contribute much to the collections. Though ticket prices are high, their contribution on all India basis would be more than 50%. North India will going to give a total miss to the Hindi Robot. But yes, if the cost is true, than Robot will suffer major losses.
The following report confirms the cost of Endhiran / Robot –
The movie looks set to smash box-office records. Shyam Shroff, its Bombay territory distributor says, “It will collect double its cost of production” (at Rs 160 crore, it’s India’s most expensive movie). Trade analyst Amod Mehra says, “Sivaji made Rs 200 crore, Robot will cross that.”
